The long journey includes having had businesses of Kumar Sanitary Works(started in 1988), Modern Chemicals & Solvents(started in 1989), New Chemical Company(started in 1993), Industrial Trading Company(started in 1999) and consolidated to MSK Products Private Limited in 1997

MSK Property Promoters was started in 2005 for Real Estate Sites & Housing  Promotion and MSK Venturi Tools was started as Exclusive Tools Supplier in 2011

MSK Products Private Limited was renamed as MSK Industries & Products Private Limited in 2016
